Take part and join other supporters by telling your MP about the campaign.

When? 26-27 June
Where? At your MP’s local surgery
Who? You and other campaign supporters in your area!

Start getting involved now by downloading the Constituency Lobby pack and by telling your friends, family and others in your constituency about the Let Them Work campaign.

Some MPs have already signed on to support the campaign, but many more don’t yet know about it. See EDM 960 and the Campaign Pledge to find out if your MP is already supporting the campaign.

You can get involved and make a difference by:

  • Asking your MP to sign EDM 960 and the Campaign Pledge
  • Writing to the Home Office and relevant Ministers about these issues
  • Writing to local Chambers of Commerce, encouraging them to support the campaign

News update:

In May, the Court of Appeal found that in cases where a person whose asylum claim has been denied once, and who then makes a second claim and has been waiting more than a year for a decision on that claim is entitled to permission to work.
