STAR is for all 16-25 year olds. As a youth organisation that campaigns for the rights of refugees and asylum seekers all 16-25s can get their voices heard.
STAR recognises that young asylum seekers and refugees are often denied the opportunity to express their views to the government, media and public. As a young refugee or asylum seeker, joining STAR is an opportunity to put across those opinions in a safe environment.
You can also meet other young people in the UK who support the rights of refugees, as well as other refugees and asylum seekers all round the country with similar and different experiences.
